I work hard to exceed the your expectations as a home seller.  Not only does Coldwell Banker and Coldwell Banker United provide many additional marketing services but I go beyond in every aspect of the real estate transaction from the listing appointment through closing and beyond.  My business is to see your home sold alleviating the stresses home sellers could face.  Continuously marketing your property puts and keeps your home in front of prospective home buyers, even those who may not actively be searching for a home.  I keep all of my listings in local print media as well as on multiple websites, 27 currently and growing.  I also target specialty markets such as advertising specialty properties to those who may be interested in seeing them.  For example, waterfront properties are marketed in boating and waterfront home classifieds in addition to the marketing mentioned previously.
