Melissa and Doug Hoover lead a team of 6 in the Bemidji, MN area and have for many years. Melissa has been in the business for 20 years and I have been in for 15 years. Melissa has earned her GRI and Doug has earned his E-Pro and ABR Designations.
We both live, work and enjoy our time in Bemidji. We are very active in several community activities with friends and our kids.
In early 2014, we purchased and opened Counselor Realty of Bemidji with Steve and Jolene Montgomery. As of today, we are up to 17 full time agents actively selling and listing properties in the Bemidji area.

We have a wide range of selling, listing and marketing expertise. We work primarily in and around the Bemidji, MN area but we also sell in Park Rapids, Walker, Bagley and other surrounding areas.
We list and sell residential houses, lake-shore homes and lots and hunting and building lots. We have and currently work with CIC's. We both also work with commercial buildings and land.
