My husband and I bought a 20 ac property in the Santa Ynez Valley in 1989, and did the weekend commute from Los Angeles for 10 and 5 years, respectively. The Valley is 30min. from Santa Barbara and 2.5 hrs from LA. It is a wine and equestrian destination...and one of the most peaceful places on earth.
My practice is broad, although I specialize in second homes and transitional property situations. I have expertise in locating the best properties and developing financial strategies for clients wanting to buy property today with the plan to move here in the future, often for retirement. I am often referred complicated financial situations and negotiations. Many of my clients are long term prospects.
