Here it is, MY LIFE STORY... As an entrepreneur and real estate professional. My real estate career began in the late 1970s when a company that specialized in rentals hired me and sent me to real estate school to get a license. Once I had my sales license and was able to work with customers I remember the office manager telling me I would never have to worry about being unemployed because people will always need housing.. 
 I would get the training needed to list and sell homes to Century 21 in 1981 Schlott Realtors, where I managed the rental division for over 75 offices.
In 1983 I opened my first real estate company, Ultimate Realty Group in Cranford NJ.
My company expanded to a 2nd office in Elizabeth and then in 1990 my entrepreneurial spirit
led me to expand my real estate endeavors into a new form of marketing. Pay Per Call advertising.
Using this new telecommunication service, I became the 34th customer of Sprint, I started offering rental listing information nationwide. This of course was before the internet or cell phones took over.
Then in 1999, I was once again back full time in the real estate business.
in 2004 I opened The New School of Real Estate in Shawnee PA, and that led me to become a team leader at Keller Williams in Stroudsburg PA. 
2006 I was hired to open a new Help U Sell Office in Wayne PA
2009 I started my current real estate firm Smart Way America Realty, we currently have 43 agents with offices in E Stroudsburg and Bethlehem PA.
