I’m a dedicated Realtor working with both Buyers & sellers. I love what I do and it shows: Beginning in 2003, when I relocated to Northern Virginia from Albany (Upstate) New York, I decided to find a career that would allow me to help people, espcially those who were relocating to the area. I got my intense training with Long & Foster before moving to Northern Virginia Fine Homes (now Envirian of Reston). From there I was hooked and I’ve been involved in Real Estate ever since! Rounding out my experience, I’ve worked for 2 builders in the area as a Sales Associate. I have found that holding licenses in Washington D.C., Virginia & Maryland affords my clients the advantage of a borderless search when considering the perfect location for their next home. On the Selling side, when a client has made the decision look at other areas or relocate, my licensing allows me to assist them in this process, wherever they choose to live. My Buying clients often comment that I’m extermely intitutive in all that I do for them. I don't waste their time showing them homes that are of no interest to them, in other words, I really listen to what they tell me. I’m also well known for my strong negotiating skills & ability to navigate through the often-confusing contract process. Sellers appreciate that having such a high concentration of buyer-clients enables me to truly understand just what the current market demands. This enables me to give a much clearer perspective on how a home should be presented for sale in order to capture the best price in the least amount of time. I specialize in many different areas of focus: I am approved though DOD to work with Military families who are relocating in and out of the area. I also am patient and take my time working with first time home buyers. I am excellent at negotiation & can get my clients the best deal possibly, whether they are buying or selling.
Since I also have my SRES designation to work with Seniors, I have the expertise it takes to help those who may be downsizing or going though life changes. I have special training to work with these people to make sure that choices they make are the best for them and their familes.
I am a Realtor who very seldom will push off a client to another Realtor. If my clients want to change areas, I am fully equiped with my blackberry handheld to receive email on the road, look up listings at my finger-tips, and take care of daily business. I have a laptop in my vehicle, which I use constantly because I am so mobile.
Lastly, many of my clients return time and time again to use my services as a dedicated Realtor. They also refer friends and family members to me, which I greatly appreciate.
