Darrell Nevin has been working in the commercial real estate field since 1984.  He spent the first 12 years of his career working as a leasing specialist and property manager for large developers in the Baltimore-Washington market before starting his own brokerage firm in 1996.  As an independent tenant rep he has completed over 500 commercial real estate transactions, been involved in the development of over 200,000 s.f. of new Class A office condominiums, and helped hundreds of clients, large and small, work their way thru the maze of details involved in simple and complex lease transactions.

Darrell has lived in Howard County since 1990 and is active in the community in many ways.  He is a 1994 graduate of Leadership Howard County and has served as a board member or on an advisory committee at the Howard County YMCA, the Howard County Chamber of Commerce, the Howard County Library, Howard Community College Educational Foundation, the James Rouse Entrepreneurial Fund and the Arc of Howard County. 

He has been a member of the Columbia-Patuxent Rotary Club since 1994, serving as club President in 1999-2000 and District Assistant Governor from 2001-2004.  He is currently serving Central Maryland Rotary District as Membership Chair thru 2013. 

He has been married to his wife since 1985.  They have two children.

Jesse (Jess) L. Harvey joined LeaseWright Commercial Real Estate, LLC as a licensed associate in 2006.  He brings over 35 years of corporate experience in sales, marketing, and strategic planning.  With such vast experience, his approach to client representation in real estate transactions is one of “trust selling” and “adding value” for clients whenever possible.  

Before joining the company “Jess” was Vice Pres. of Builder Sales at the Zamoiski Co. and ALMO Distributing Corp. from 2002 to 2006.   There he managed a sales force in Maryland, Virginia, and Pennsylvania, and also developed product distribution plans for major appliance manufactures such as Whirlpool, Maytag, Viking, and Electrolux.  

After attending Southwestern Univ. and the Univ. of Houston, “Jess” joined General Electric Co. in 1973 and spent 30 years in sales and marketing living and working throughout the United States.  As Regional Sales Mgr. for GE Appliances he moved to the Baltimore-Washington in 1990 with his wife and three children.
