Hello,
I am a life long resident of Humboldt County. It has been my privalage to work in the Real Estate field for the last several years. I specialize in residential, first time home buyers, relocations, and trade ups. Rather than working all aspects of Real Estate I feel that by limiting my services to a specific group I am better informed on all the new changes in laws, disclosures, and trends in those specific areas. And am less likley to miss someting that could potentialy cause a conflict. I am a firm believer in continued education.
