Dennis’ intense focus on building long term and meaningful relationships goes beyond a single home sale. Dennis chose to work in real estate because he believes in helping people during this monumental time in their lives. With a calming demeanor and a caring personality, he is often leaned on to be a trusted source in any situation.
With the relationship based approach, Dennis does not focus on a hyper-local neighborhood like most Realtors. He services all of Silicon Valley as he deep dives into neighborhoods as needed and creates specific strategies tailored to each friend/client. He has lived in many areas including San Jose (Willow Glen), Santa Cruz, and San Francisco, thus giving him a wide breadth of knowledge in all of the Bay Area.
Dennis and his fiancé Sylvie, an educator and native French Canadian, currently reside in San Francisco.

Hailing from near the small agricultural town of Wembley, Alberta, Canada (population 900), Dennis Loewen possesses a uniquely grounded sensibility of the world, rooted in the virtues of a strong work ethic, neighborly kindness, and the values of community, as well as a developed determination and focus originating in the simple but hard work required of farming and living through the winters of Northern Alberta.
After earning his MBA from Simon Fraser University in Vancouver, Dennis accepted an opportunity to work in the California high tech sector, fulfilling a lifelong dream of contributing to Silicon Valley's storied history and energy.
In 2011, Dennis was invited to join the Sereno Group, a Bay Area's exclusive and reputable residential real estate brokerage.
