1. 100% Commission ($48 per month and $300 per transaction). You start with this, not graduate from a 70/30 split. We show you how to have your clients pay the transaction fee for a true 100%. ($6,000 Non-Guaranteed Cap, and obviously we don't take it all out at once. It takes 20 deals to cap versus 5 or 6 transactions like other companies. History is I started my career in 1999 with Re/Max and did great. I sold about 60 homes a year and then got up to 140 homes per year with a Team of 11. Then went to KW as an Owner/Investor until I cashed out in 2007. We opened Maximum One Realty Greater Atlanta in April 2007. Our Broker has been in the RE business since 1978 and I am the Team Leader. We have 11 wonderful staff members and an Agent Support Team of 27.  We own our own office building in Powder Springs/West Cobb. Other offices located in East Cobb-Marietta, Galleria-Atlanta, Douglasville, Paulding, John's Creek, Gwinnett and Woodstock.
