My name is David and I am a real estate marketer for Exit Realty Search in the Bronx. I market and research homes in the Greater NYC area, earning sellers maximum profit and saving buyers money through thorough research and aggressive negotiation. I love what I do, and although it has its challenges, the rewards far outweigh the drawbacks. I could not imagine doing anything else. Or maybe I just don't want to.
When I'm not working, I am an avid billiards player and martial arts enthusiast. I enjoy watching my NY sports teams, movies, music, philosophy, and history. I have a strong dislike of cheese.

| David was very easy to work with throughout the whole process. Its nice to have someone you don't have to chase down, who prefers to chase you down with information and/or prospects to complete a purchase or sale as efficiently and timely as possible. He even followed up with clients and helped resolved issues after closing - a time most other agents will not give any more time at all having already been paid for the transaction. |

| I started looking for a condo on my own in 2011. I meet plenty of agents but David proved to have my interests at heart. My goal was to find a condo in the Bronx by June 2011. I was able to tell him what i wanted and as a first time buyer, he guided me and answered every question I had. He was very helpful and was as motivated as I was to find a home by my deadline. Even when my first contract fell through, On my cue, he was already looking for new homes for me to check out. As of August 2011, I became a home owner. I highly recommend David to anyone looking for a new home. |
