We are a professional team with expertise in all areas of real estate. With a combined intimate knowledge of new home sales, resales, developers, commercial, investment properties and the mortgage industry, we are able to successfully match buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
Our involvement with the Desert Sales and Marketing Council, the Builders Industry Association and the California Desert Association of Realtors, along with several local nonprofit organizations, helps keep DJL Real Estate Consulting tightly involved with our Coachella Valley community. Through these different organizations we have been able to fulfill the criteria of our clients.

Dudley J. Latham
Broker/Owner & Business Development
Dudley has an extensive background in the real estate industry for over 20 years. Dudley's real estate career started with developing his own mortgage company in Orange County, CA. After moving to the Desert area in 1995, Dudley changed his direction in the industry to working with developers and was regional sales manager and vice president for one of the largest new home sales and marketing companies in the Nation. Dudley's comprehensive experience encompasses real estate sales, management and marketing of wide range projects from entry level homes to premium custom built estates. Dudley's personal passion is golf. In 1996 he qualified for the US Pub Links held in Kauai. CA Lic.#01039791
Laura Kulevich

Laura has been involved with Dudley Latham for over the last 10 years. The scope of her talents...well, were do we start? Office supervisor, human resources, on-site construction management, handles legally binding subcontract agreements, insurance work, contract documents, scheduling, generates and tracks all purchase orders and has sat on many HOA Board of Directors, just to name a few. Laura's attention to customer service, ethics and professionalism makes the transactions run as smoothly as possible. DJL Real Estate Consulting is truly blessed to have Laura as part of their team!

His construction company is independent from DJL Real Estate Consulting, however we do recommend Nic from "handyman service to detailed custom home additons."
