I am a long Island girl. I love to laugh and make people laugh. I am truly a night person....after working all day, I get my second wind at 10pm. I dont take phone calls then, though ;-)
My grown children are beautiful inside and out and make us proud everyday in there selfless living. I like to be the same when running my business.
I love to sing praise songs and worship the Lord on Sunday's. For extra fun, We are part of a dinner group and meet twice a month. My husband and I love to hike and take our little doggie to the park - he travels with us everywhere!

| I am new to NC and not sure how the home buying process worked.I just so happen to contacte ms.Braun and let me say this, she was amazing through the whole process she is very informative.I was able to text or get her on the phone rite away.when it came down to negotiating she really knows her job. | My husband was getting a job transfer from NY to Charlotte, NC so we met with Dina one weekend to go over the details of what we were looking for in a home. We found her very knowledgeable, and informative as she presented our options, including the homes available and the details about each town. We were looking for a spot to land that felt just right for our family and she was responsive to our �list of wants� in a home and neighborhood. She was friendly and warm which was a pleasant surprise as we had already been nervous about the thought of uprooting our entire family to another state. | We looked for homes for 4 weeks. The ones we liked and wanted to think about were selling quickly. Dina video taped a home for us while we were in VA and we were able to decide against it, however, we decided on another one because of that video. We were very pleased with the above and beyond service provided and have not known a realtor to do that before. |
