I have been an agent with Re/Max Advantage Realty and a member of the Johnson Team for 5 years.  I started as a Buyer Agent and served as the Contract Coordinator for 4 years.  In this position I oversaw all the contracts produced by my team.  This gave me a ton of contract experience that a lot of agents do not have.  I have worked on over 350 contracts so I have a large amount of experience which enables me to foresee possible problems and pitfalls and am well adept to dealing with any challenges which might present themselves.  I am currently a full-time Buyer agent and the Listing Coordinator for our team.  I am responsible for creating the actual listings, websites and advertising materials for all of our listings.  I am also a Certified Distressed Property Expert (CDPE) which specialized training and experience with short sale listings and purchases as well as foreclosure purchases.
