As a full time Arizona Realtor, I believe that customer service is the key to a good Realtor/Client relationship. I work hard to negotiate the best deal for my clients and to give them the smoothest transaction possible. I have a certification in Home Staging and offer it as a free service for my clients. Staging is a critical part of selling a home, especially in this market. By using my staging knowledge and top notch marketing, selling your home is an easier and quicker process, and you can net more money.
I am a native to Arizona and I believe my buyers and sellers can benefit from my knowledge of the valley. As an Arizona Realtor, I specialize in the East Valley: Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, Queen Creek, San Tan Valley, Tempe, Apache Junction and Gold Canyon.
Arizona is such a wonderful place to retire or winter in, and we have a large variety of beautiful retirement communities. You can find great communities for the 55+ crowd all over the Valley of the Sun. I really enjoy working with these buyers and sellers and have helped many clients buy and sell homes in adult communities.
I also work with the younger set, and all ages in between, helping couples get into their first home, or assisting a young family move up into a more suitable family home.

| Tara Chapman June 2016 Are you looking for a fabulous agent to sell your house? Then Diana is the one you’re looking for. Diana is highly motivated to sell your home and will work hard to do it. She was highly recommended to me and I would recommend her to anyone as well! She gave me tips on preparing my house, came over and staged it for me and even spent a couple of hours helping me scrub my grout in the kitchen!! The best news, my house sold in 7 days. When money got tight at the end of the transaction she even pitched in to help me pay for movers! I could keep going on about how great of an agent she is, but just know your getting the best!
