Get to Know Diana Mangan
I have lived and worked in the Solera community since 2005 and have sold more than 100 Solera homes during this period. I know all about the floor plans, prices, market statistics, HOA fees, cost of living expenses and CC&R's of Solera. I am a contributing editor for the Solera Oak Valley Greens Gazette, writing regular articles about real estate, which usually includes statistical information about Solera real estate activity. On a more personal note, I am involved in many of the activities at Solera, such as line dancing, drama, karoake, and the welcome committee. I love living and working in Solera, and enjoy sharing my knowledge and experience with buyers, sellers and others who need my real estate expertise.
