For the past ten years I have been assisting people with their residential purchases. My compassionate nature, my empathetic ear to really understand your desires, the ability to negotitate contracts and go the extra mile comes from my skills and abilities I acquired from working within the retirement comminities and financial servies industry.
It's been my philosophy to always increase my knowledge as I found it better serves my clientele. For the last 10 years I have made sure I secure another accreditation every other year. Most people don't understand what the accronyms mean so I have listed them below and explained how it will benefit you.

Besides education I feel that being involved in the community in which I live and participate in real estate is also important so that I have a finger on the pulse of the community. I have been an agent since 2002 starting in Redmond, WA with Coldwell Banker and transferred to Arizona in 2009. Redmond is a coastal town, beautiful but, grey and rainy. Desert living is for me.
