| I have had the pleasure to work with Diane on both sides of the buying and selling process ---when we first bought our property in Sea Girt, NJ, and then when we eventually sold it last year. She was great to work with - very knowledgeable on the local market, responsive and diligent. Since this was our second home and we weren't living in town full-time, it was great having her there as our eyes and ears during the process. She kept me abreast of every showing, any feedback she received, everything! It was much appreciated. Our house sold in less than 9 months, while others in the area are still on the market. If you are planning to sell your property and are not in town full time (or even if you are!), I highly recommend Diane --she is highly capable and someone you can count on. |

| Diane Glander is one person you can certainly count on. One year ago I was signed on with a different agent looking for a special home. A place to relax in and spend time with our extended family. We thought we had found the perfect place. With many issues and problems popping up along the way, we managed to lose it. How very upsetting it was. We knew we needed a new agent. I had been receiving emails regarding homes and market information for about a year from Diane which kept me in the loop about the area we wanted to move into. I then proceeded to call her for help. I thought she might just be the person we were looking for. And as it turned out, she was. She was very caring, understanding and ready to help us at every turn. Any question we needed answered, she was right there for us and was always available to show us homes at anytime.
