My qualifications as a home inspector come from a well rounded background. A former insurance agent, underwriter, and data analyst, state certified residential contractor, and now InterNACHI certified and state licensed home inspector, I understand the process of buying and selling a property from multiple perspectives, not just that of a task oriented home inspector. I have an acumen for business and marketing and love real estate and houses. I have a keen eye for detail and am extremely thorough, meaning any client entrusted to me with a property inspection, is in more than capable hands.
My areas of expertise are Home Inspections, Commercial Inspections, Condominium Inspections, Insurance Inspections, Toxic Drywall Inspections, Construction, Insurance, and Level I Infrared Certified as I have taken the expense in adding a Flir infrared camera system to my inspection tools. I take my craft very seriously and this is more than a job to me, it is my passion.

| I am a real estate agent who works hard for my clients. At the top of my list of recommended home inspectors is DG Construction & Inspections. I had a customer who needed to do the inspection within 24 hours. Glenn not only answered the phone, but he had the inspection done a few hours later after already doing 2 inspections earlier that day! My favorite part is his reports. I have seen alot of reports, some easy to read...some hand written. Glenn emailed the report and shortened summary with clear pictures and a detailed description of any issues found. The clients were out of state so Glenn videotaped the walkthrough. An added bonus is he offers free WiFi when he inspects the house! I don't know of any other inspection companies that offer all these services. |

| As realtors, we are met with more and more mortgage underwriting concerns that are proving difficult to resolve with just home inspectors. The fact that you are a residential contractor is the biggest consideration in being able to get through closing at lightning speed without incurring delays and unnecessary costs to our clientele. In all seriousness, over the course of our lives this is our 8th home purchase and you by far have been one of the top inspectors we have had in regard to knowledge, thoroughness, value of information provided, and customer service. | Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! I am really happy with Glenn and with his company, they are truly the best. I had called another inspection company prior to his for my home inspection and they were not reliable, too expensive for the size house we were looking at, and not honest. DG Construction & Inspections came out on a Sunday afternoon and saved me from purchasing a home that needed a new roof and had damaged ductwork that was spilling air conditioning into the attic. I cannot thank him enough. He took his time, checked everything, and was very thorough. He will be performing my next inspection when we find another house we like. |

| I have had home inspections in the past, but I can say without question, Glenn is one of the most thorough inspectors I have ever dealt with. He takes his time and does a very good job of inspecting the property. He explains his findings very well and does not mind answering questions. I received the report the same day via email. The report was top notch, very well laid out, easy to understand and categorized from the most pressing issue to the least. The pictures included within the report really help to explain the entire story. I would not hesitate to recommend Glenn (DG Construction & Inspections). Money well spent. |
