I specialize in the buying and selling of homes for individuals with security and confidentiallity concerns. Often times, circumstances which require a higher degree of experience with these concerns are due to divorce, custody issues, restraining orders, addiction, death, probate, estates, downsizing, and affluent/high net worth/high profile individuals. I have experience dealing with these sorts of intense, complex and sensitive issues.
Not only should you thoroughly vet a Listing Agent, that Listing Agent should be veting the Buyers Agent and the Buyers. This is the area where the security and confidentiality of the Seller are generally breached. Most Listing Agents aren't willing to say "No" as they want to avoid upseting the Buyers Agent under the guise that "they are bringing the Buyer". I am willing to say "No" on your behalf.
If you are dealing with one of the concerns listed above and also are in the luxury property market, know that these properties can be on the market for extended periods of time due to the limited pool of Buyers. It takes a deep understanding of, not only the current market conditions, but also of your state of mind and concerns to effectively represent a highly niched client base.

Prior to becoming a Realtor®, I worked in the field of surgical device development. After leaving the corporate world I attended an interior design program and acted as a contractor on 5 homes: from starter homes to luxury homes. This provides a bonus for buyers in visualizing a home's potential and for sellers as they prepare their home for sale. I can offer my negotiation skills after dealing with all levels of contractual issues.
I am a native of San Antonio (and 6th generation Texan) and know the city, the culture, the neighborhoods, the trends and the projected future growth of this wonderful city. My family has real estate properties in all sections of Bexar and Wilson counties. I am involved in philanthropy and my husband sits on some of the planning boards for the city. This provides me and my clients with some unique insight as to where to buy for the investment minded client.
