I am a professional real estate investor. This is what I have been doing full time for the last 5 years. I have made just about every mistake one can possibly make which is what uniquely qualifies me. I failed my way to success. I am The Detroit Market Expert.
I started my Detroit real estate investing from Washington state. This forced me to build a team and a system that allowed me to buy, rehab, and rent single family homes in the city of Detroit from 2,000 miles away. My system is unique and it has made me a better real estate investor. I found the best general contractors, project managers, property manager, property security, mortgage broker, property inspector, insurance agents and I put them to work for my company. Hiring the "best at what they do" and letting them do their jobs not only produced better more profitable investments, it created more time for me to do what I do best... Find smoking once in a life time deals.
