Currently me and my business partner, Craig, have formed our own business, Swanson-Lodge Investments, LLC. So far we have rehabbed one house, recently selling the property this past September. Now we are looking out for new deals. We want to specialize in rehabbing but are open to other investment options. I will be more focused on foreclosures. I was born and still live in Brockton, MA.
Currently looking for properties that are in need of rehabbing that are under market value. Also planning on helping homeowners who are in foreclosure. My business partner and I have one house under our belt and are ready to move on to the next project. We're starting out part time but will move towards full time as we gain more experience and gain more capital to work with.
