My wife and I live in Holmdel and we absolutely love it here.  We’re both originally from New York City, so we really appreciate the comparatively relaxed, yet lively lifestyle that the area offers.  From Central New Jersey to the Jersey Shore, there are so many beautiful sites and such a plethora of incredible activities it’s hard to imagine a better place to live.  It makes selling real estate in this area truly a rewarding experience.

Prior to becoming a Realtor in 2007, I worked for a specialist firm on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange for thirteen years.  We were responsible for setting the market in particular stocks for buyers and sellers.  In that volatile, pressurized environment, you are accountable for some pretty large investments.  But as a Realtor, I understand that few investments are as important to an individual and their family, as the investment that they make in their home.

In my many years of business experience, I’ve learned the value of listening.  It’s both a skill and a necessity, especially in the real estate business.  I realize the importance of ascertaining which objectives are most important to my clients, and I endeavor to help them achieve those goals.  And my unique experience in sales and negotiations proves invaluable in assisting my clients in getting the best deal that they can along the way.
