I have been in the Bay Area real estate industry for over 19 years, including sales, administration, coaching, management, and training.

Education

Having taken many classes in real estate appraisal, ethics, finance, economics, property management and sales procedures, I believe in continual education.  I have a Bachelor's Degree in Social Science - Business concentration, a minor in Spanish, and an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts.  I am a proud holder of a Private Pilot's License and hold a Cross-Cultural Elementary Teaching Credential.

Community Involvement

I have spent time being a bilingual Domestic Violence Counselor.  I support the following organizations:  Child Advocates; One Warm Coat; Relay for Life - The American Cancer Society; Leukemia/Lymphoma Society; California Boating Safety Officers; Big Brothers/Big Sisters of America; Hospice.

Personal Background

A native Californian, I grew up in the Belmont and Woodside areas and have most recently resided in Los Altos Hills and Mountain View.  I have taught in both the Los Altos and Milpitas School Districts. 

Interests and Languages

My interests include learning, flying, the ocean, golf, softball, writing, following the stock market, technology, jewelry making, volleyball, kayaking, traveling, and a continual effort to be a good person.

I specialize in listing and selling residential real estate up to four units.  

Supplying clients with pertinent statistics and facts helps them to make the right decision for their real estate sale or purchase. 

In a market area where multiple offers are the norm, I have never made more than three offers for one client, and typically even my first time home buyer clients get their first offer.  Frequently, my ability to make the most professional offer for my clients has allowed our offer to be accepted over other, higher priced, competing offers.
