Being a resident of this area since 1981, I am familiar with all surrounding towns and the properties that are available.  Our area is still a good area for houses being bought and sold, even though the news reports would have you think otherwise.  We have excellent schools and that is a big draw for homeowners.  I have an excellent relationship with local mortgage companies and can help my clients get the best financing available.
