Dee is local, friendly, motivated, honest and ethical and offers a customer oriented approach. She enjoys working with both sellers and buyers. Both experienced and novice. She does not believe in rushing or pushing people into making decisions. She will work with you at your pace. Dee is dedicated in helping you, her valued client, in reaching your real estate goals.
Family and family needs are very important to Dee. She raised her two daughters in Kitsap County along with her husband, Art, and his three sons. Together they now have 12 grandchildren. Not all stayed local so she does enjoy traveling several times a year to stay in touch with the little ones in her life.
She believes in the 'American Dream' of home ownership. When you are ready to purchase your home, not matter if it is your first, second or third, Dee will work in your comfort zone and will not show you homes out of your comfortable price range. In addition, she will listen to your needs and will show you houses until you find your dream home! When selling your home Dee will help you price your home to sell in todays market. She will take you under her wing and guide you through the entire home selling or buying process.
Just a while back Dee worked with a wonderful home buyer who had million dollar dreams on a very limited budget. It took some time yet Dee found her buyer's dream home within her buyer's comfort zone. To this day she is still happily living in her beautiful home! You should see her garden. It is incredibly beautiful!
