Deep Creek is a deed-restricted, bedroom community located north of the magnificent Peace River, and east of I-75 in Southwest Florida's Charlotte County. Not only do we work here, we call Deep Creek home. It is characterized by modern bungalow style houses, mostly three or four bedroom homes, most with a lanai and a pool. Deep Creek is characterized by spacious greenbelts. It has several beautiful lakes and a golf course! Deep Creek is located close to the Peace River with all the opportunities that it has to offer sportsmen.
Perhaps the most important characteristic of the neighborhood in these trying times is it's AFFORDABILITY. Deep Creek remains the most affordable planned community in southwest Florida, and it continues to sell reasonably well.
