I specialize in first time buyers. Most first time buyers approach home buying with very general ideas of what they want. They aren't aware of the need of earnest money required to be put down at the time of a contract acceptance. First time buyers need an agent who will make sure a pest inspection is performed, an attorney is obtained, a mortgage lender that will work with them, all property information obtained, such as taxes, association fees, transfer tax stamps, water bills. There is much more involved than finding their dream home.
