Don's number 1 goal is quality service. As the Managing Broker, Don sets the standard for the entire company. Don serves the Real Estate industry. He is a Past President of the Southside Virginia Association of REALTORS (SVAR), was REALTOR OF THE YEAR in 2002, and has served on committees of both the SVAR and the Richmond Association of REALTORS (RAR). Don currently serves on several committees for the Virginia Association of REALTORS (VAR). All these positions helps keep Don up to date on the industry and allows him to better serve his Agents and customers. He has earned several real estate designations to include the ABRM (Accredited Buyer Agent Manager), E-PRO, GRI (Graduate Real Estate Institute), and RECS (Real Estate Cyberspace Specialist).
