I serve Montgomery, Chester and Berks counties in S.E. Pennsylvania. My 20 years experience is in residential and commercial real estate sales and rentals and my experience includes resale, leasing, investments, foreclosures, short sales and REO's.
I have been married for 25 years, have two wonderful stepsons and 3 grand kids. My goal when I became a real estate professional was to grow with my clients and truly be their real estate agent for life. That dream has been realized over and over as I've sold homes for clients and then sold properties to their friends, families, co-workers and now to their children! It is to them I owe a boat-load of gratitude for their support and referrals through the years. You are the reason I continue to learn and grow in this ever-challenging market. | I was introduced to Debby almost two years ago by my husbands mother, when he and I were looking to purchase our first home. She walked us through the entire experience step by step and was always there any time of day to answer one of the millions of questions I had for her. Debby made what would have otherwise been a crazy stressful time in our lives calm and enjoyable. I don't know what I would have done without her. She is professional, knowledgeable, personable, helpful, and very kind. | Back in 1995, I stopped into a local real estate office to look for a very small office rental. Multiple agents came out and given there was no real $ to be made, passed me around with no particular interest in helping. Debby overheard the discussions and graciously stepped in to assist. 15 years later, the relationship has grown and she is hands-down the only realtor we turn to and recommend to friends and family. Debby has helped us with 4, yes 4, home sales since then and has helped at least 1/2 a dozen of our friends and immediate family with their respective real estate sales and purchases. | We found Debby by accident 12 years ago and she is truly a diamond in the rough. We saw a sign for a home she had listed and called her. We have bought 3 homes and sold 2 with her. She is honest, fair, professional and a solid business woman. She is organized and intelligent. Her negotiations skills are fantastic. She gave us realistic predictions and never promised anything she couldn't deliver. Her work has always exceeded our expectations. I proudly endorse her for any home buyer or seller. We have recommended her to others time and time again. I have never heard a complaint from any and most thanked us for sending them to her. She is truly the hardest working person I know. In addition, even after the houses sold or were bought she stayed in contact to ensure we had everything we needed. Twice others at our settlement table had things "messed up" Debby both times was the only person at the table who knew how to fix the problems immediately. In addition, we bought our last home when the housing market was crashing and mortgages were nearly impossible to get, she not only helped us find the home of our dreams she made sure we had a solid mortgage lender behind us.
