**When we planned on selling our condo, we interviewed three real estate agents. There was NO question who would get the job when Debra presented herself and her set of skills. Debra is extremely professional, knowledgeable and just very pleasantly sincere. She was able to answer every question presented to her and her knowledge of the Coldwell Banker program was total. We immediately felt confident and comfortable with her ability to sell our condo. Debra had definite ideas on how she wanted the condo to look before we put it on the market.
Every suggestion Debra made to improve the presentation of the condo made sense and proved beneficial. Debra followed through on all promises and sold our condo within three month at a good price. We could not be more satisfied.

**I worked with Debra Ouellette on the sale of my home. I selected to work with Debra after meeting with a few realtors. I felt that Debra was the most honest of the realtors I met and she gave the best advice in what would be needed to be done to sell my home. My home failed Title V and required the replacement of my septic system. Debra was extremely helpful in accomplishing this as she had contacts that assisted me throughout the process. Debra was able to attract a buyer before my septic system was completed. I never thought that this would be possible. I was able to close on the sale of my home days after my septic system was installed and certified.
