Debra Duvall, a resident of Florida's Treasure Coast since 1966, is a leader in the marketing and sales of luxury and waterfront residential properties throughout the Martin County Area. Entering the real estate field in 1981, Debra combines her hands-on, historical knowledge of the region with a determination to offer unparalleled service, marketing and sales to her broad base of loyal clientele.  

As a local and national top seller, Debra has earned numerous awards and designations in her field of expertise, marking her many achievements for excellence and service. These designations include CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist). Each of these designations reflects a milestone within her career and a dedication to continued production and education.

Another important milestone in Debra's career is the partnership she has established with Dave Derrenbacker of Water Pointe Realty Group.  Debra is co-owner and broker-associate of the downtown Stuart and Sewall's Point offices...an area she knows well and worked in successfully for over 28 years.  This opportunity has allowed her the ability to expand herself as a business owner while continuing to serve her clients with the highest level of service they have come to expect.

Locally, Debra is an active member of the Realtor® Association of Martin County and has presided over a number of its committees including education, strategic planning and finance. In recognition of her outstanding service to the real estate profession, Debra was honored by her peers at the Association with the Realtor® of the Year Award in 1998 and 2003 as well as being elected their President in 2001.  She currently serves on the Executive Board of Directors at the Realtor Association in addition to being elected Secretary/Treasurer.

Dedicated to professional standards and excellence, Debra has frequently lead local and national real estate training programs and seminars such as the Howard Brinton's Star Power group...a professional organization designed to assist real estate agents in every aspect of their career. She has also been a guest speaker at the National Association of Realtors® (NAR) Residential Specialist Convention as well as numerous other professional events.

Her extensive record of personal and financial commitment to her community is reflected in her active service on numerous committees and boards throughout the area. She has volunteered countless hours to many professional and business organizations throughout Martin County and all benefit from her faithful goal of getting things done right. Currently, Debra is on the Board of Directors at the Elliott Museum, Executive Board of Directors at the Economic Council as well as the Board of Directors at Enterprise Florida Inc.
