Raised in the Midwest but a more than 30 year resident, Dean has always had a passion for Real Estate. He has seen Las Vegas through its building years and seen the transitions it has gone through. Originally licensed in Real Estate in 1991, he has spent the majority of his initial Real Estate career in residential in areas like Summerlin, Peccole Ranch and The Lakes but does have the benefit and knowledge of years of experience in the new homes market in Henderson, selling out several communities. Dean feels his knowledge of the area, empathy and understanding of his customers, and extensive experience in sales, marketing, renovations and technology serve his customers well. Dean sees his success directly related to a genuine enthusiasm to share information with others, a love for life and people, and a strong sense of personal responsibility. A positive, grateful attitude is the corner stone of Dean's achievements.
