Team NJPA is here to assist various types of buyers and sellers. Daniel Mauz is a graduate of Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey with a Bachelor of Science degree specializing in Finance. Licensed as a Real Estate Sales Associate since January 2005. He stared as a Buyer’s Agent with Help-U-Sell before moving to Keller Williams.
Cheryl Dare is a graduate of Rowan University and also holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a specialization in Finance. After working as a mortgage underwriter for 4 years Cheryl obtained her Real Estate License in July of 2005 and has worked as a Full Time Realtor ever since.
Bryan Vurgason graduated from Quinnipiac University with a Marketing Degree and Bachelors of Science with a focus on Marketing and Law. He immediately began working as a Property Development Specialist for a Real Estate Company. Bryan then moved on to Director of Property Acquisition for a Real Estate Development company before becoming a Realtor at Keller Williams in 2009. Bryan has extensive knowledge on land development and acquisitions, and commercial real estate.

| My realtor was exceptional during the entire home buying process. I am a first time home buyer and took almost two years to make a decision on the 'right home' for me. Throughout that time they were sure to provide me listings I may be interested in. They also called and emailed periodically just to check in. | We worked with Cheryl to sell a property short sale. It was apparent early on that she had experience with short sales. She knew specifically what we should do and what was our next step. She was able to answer all of our questions. She helped guide us in completing the paperwork and working with the bank for approval. She was committed to quality service throughout the whole process. At closing, there was a discrepancy in the HUD and without hesitation she wrote a check for $24 (of her money) to make sure the deal went through for us. Cheryl will definitely be my first call for any future transactions and I recommend her whenever I can. |
