Hello my name is Dimitri and I'm a Realtor® in the Southern California Area.
Most of you know me through music, both as a performer and a teacher and a lot of you know me as a Realtor®. What separates me from most agents is I'm an artist who loves Real Estate. I am a successful performer/educator and have worked on every stage, from the smallest venue to grand arenas, including Radio City Music Hall. My business is done by referral, so my reputation is always at stake.
Many of you have experienced success and know that the key to it is based mostly on a solid network of referrals and repeat clients. Most of you have considered real estate to provide a place to call home, as an investment, or both and you may also know someone who is thinking the same thing. | We could not have been more pleased having Dimitri manage both the purchasing of our new home and the sale of our existing home. During one of the most dramatic down turns in real estate history, Dimitri was able to keep us focused and provided sound strategic advice. During the purchasing process of our new home, at the time when the real estate market was just beginning to turn, Dimitri kept us informed and guided in the market trends in order to assist us in negotiating the best possible purchase price given market conditions and uncertainty. Dimitri continued that same sound advice and guidance when we came to the opposite side of the table and we were the sellers. Dimitri went to great lengths to understand our ultimate goals and selling price so we could make informed decisions on where to give and to take in order to close the sale of our home in a very difficult selling climate. In the end, we feel Dimitri got us exceptional deals on both transactions, he is the best! |
