I Love Living in L. A.

The temperatures are mild and we have so much to do here.  I enjoy being involved in my local history clubs and garden clubs.  We can be swimming and hiking in the morning and then go skiing later in the day.  There are world class museums and restaurants within walking distance of anyone's home.  Plently to entertain yourself and your family.  There is scenary everywhere you go; natural and human.

I am always learning, attending classes and  seminars to improve my skills for my clients benefit.  I have designations with Quality Service Certified which insures a higher level of service for both buyers and sellers.    About two years ago, I qualified for the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation and have helped many sellers that are unable to hold onto there home in this economy.  My negotiating skills have been honed over the years.

I love working with people helping them to buy a new home or to sell an existing home.  These days it is very challangeling with lender requirements.  I am there all the way with my clients and after close I will remain as a resource for them.  I have my little black book of skilled workers that I can refer to my clients. I am very hands on.
