Dan began his Real Estate career in February 1997. On August 1, 2002 Dan began his association with Murney Associates, Realtors.
Prior to Real Estate Dan served as Minister of Music in some of the larger Assembly of God churches across America.
The Crace's moved to Springfield in 1991 from Las Vegas, Nevada. Dan accepted the position as National Music Director for the General Council of the Assemblies of God at their International Headquarters. He came to that position with over 27 years of ministry experience.
In Dan's first year of Real Estate, the Real Estate company he was associated with honored Dan as "Rookie of the Year" for the Oklahoma and Missouri region and for the Springfield Market Center. Dan is a Life Member of the Million Dollar Club and a Life Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. In 2005 Dan qualified for the Gold Medal award with a closed volume of approximately $9 million in sales. Dan is a recognized leader in the Springfield market having served on leadership committees for the Greater Springfield Board of Realtors and as a member of the Agent Leadership groups for companies he has been associated with.
The Crace's have been married for over 44 years and have two grown children living in Springfield. They now have five grandchildren.
