If you have any clients who  have a deal that they are interested in but do not have the necessary capital to close the deal, we are the perfect lender for you!

       We close deals worldwide under 21 days. We also offer referral fees, so for each deal you bring us that closes, you would receive a check from us in the mail. Our legal department would create a finder fee agreement on your behalf, to ensure that you receive your referral from us for all deals sent that close.
