After owning 17 homes moving and traveling the country in a Sales and Marketing career we decided I should do what I have wanted to do for many years, Real Estate. I enjoy being with people and helping them Find Their Way Home. As with any career, the more education you get the better you are for yourself and those you serve. Through my interest in increasing knowledge and expertise in the Real Estate Industry I have received the following designations of CRS (Certified residential Specialist, (GRI) Graduate Realtor Institute, (ABR) Accredited Buyers Representative and Broker Associate. My enthusiasm and love of the business as well as expertise in my field have benefited those who have entrusted me with their Home Buying and or Selling. It takes more than 1 person to bring a Sale or Purchase to closure. A list of Lenders, Title Company, Marketing Director, Administrative Coordinator and a Team of Associates called "We" since there is no "I" in Team. I am also a member of the Oklahoma Metro Board of Realtors and the Edmond Board of Realtors.
I have a loving supportive wife, great family and faithful buddy Ruby our Doberman. My family is very important to me and would not be where I am today as a person if it wasn't for the patience and love from my best friend, my wife. I love to entertain our friends and consider myself lucky to have them. I am an Identical twin, which has its own stories. "Always do the right thing even when no one is looking"!
My Primary market is Edmond, Deer Creek, North West Oklahoma City and surrounding Metro Areas. I work a great deal with new home buyers and developers from the 1st time Home Buyer to the experienced Home Buyer wanting a new home specialist to help find the right builder and location or that special existing home. On the Selling side my experience has been the right Price, Marketing and Communication with other Realtors to bring their buyers to Y(our) home. Listening to the needs or desires of the Buyer and or Seller is crucial. Communicating, follow through and straight up front honesty with all parties involved is very important. I enjoy what I do

The CRS Designation, "Council of Residential Specialist" was recently awarded to Don Cashman, a REALTOR® with Paradigm Advantage. The CRS Designation is the highest designation awarded to agents who have met and obtained certain requirements in professional accomplishments, significant experience, sales volume and education. Only 3% of all licensed REALTORS in the State of Oklahoma and only 4% in the entire United States, achieve the CRS Designation. Every CRS Designee is also a member of the National Association of REALTORS and work under its stringent Code of Ethics. Home buyers and sellers can expect a CRS REALTOR to be advanced in related areas in finance, technology, marketing and to have a sound track record in the business.
