I am a dedicated real estate professional and I am proud to call myself a Realtor. I have been in business for 10 years, and I am a member of RAMP (Realtors Association of Metropolitan Pittsburgh. NAR (National Association of Realtors) and PAR, (Pennsylvania Association of Realtors)
I have QSC (Quality Service Certified) Platinum Designation for customer satisfaction. I work out of Northwood Realty's North Hills office located in Wexford (A suburb of Pittsburgh). I specialize in the North of Pittsburgh but I do travel to the South and the West suburbs very frequently with buyers and listings as I have a working knowledge of many of Pittsburgh's suburbs.
I live inside the City of Pittsburgh with my husband Joseph J. Balobeck Jr. who is a well-known architect originating from Kennedy Township area. I love to travel, enjoy water color painting, jewelry design, reading a good book, and selling real estate.
My Marketing Plan is tailored for each client (seller) and I have been very successful in that field. My listings do not languish on the market month after month without viewings or offers. The marketing of a home has become more than just location, price, and number of bedrooms and baths. Today's buyer starts primarily on the Internet and wants to see the house before they view it in person. I believe that every listing agent should take a course in photography or find someone who knows how to use a camera if they don't. If the photos are too dark to see the room or too bright from the sun coming through the windows to see what the room looks like, you have failed your seller. Our Multi-list in Pittsburgh allows 18 photos. I use all 18 slots and if I don't need all 18 to show the inside and outside of the house, I will show the view looking down the street from the front driveway or even a view of the sunset off of the front porch.
My specialty and my passion is first time home-buyers. I remember very well what I went through when I purchased my first home. Walking the first time home-buyer through finding that perfect home, all the paperwork and legalities to getting the key to their first home at closing really gives me personal satisfaction. I am very conscientious about first time buyers understanding what is going on through every step of the process.
I also pride myself in my accessibility to my clients. They rarely get a voice-mail in response to a call. Even if I need to call them back later, they usually get a live voice at the other end of the line. My clients always appreciate my availability.
