12 years of experience in all types of real estate. Working individually now, but was with a top producing team in the area with over 30 million dollars in sales, as the office manager/realtor. I enjoy working with buyers & sellers. I have developed property. I work with new construction & several builders. I have my GRI, SRES, Realtor associations. As well I am also an associate broker.
I am married, the mother of 3 grown daughters, "Nana" to 1 granddaugher, devote extra time to church, cooking & reading. 2 daughers are in college now also. I live on a small farm & also enjoy gardening. I have lived in the eastern panhandle of WV for 17.5 years & love the proximity to so many cities yet treasure the rural setting.
SRES: Working with elderly clients, I am also an RN & understand health issues & needs.
Young children: I volunteer as a children's leader for a preschool 1 x /week.
I have developed property, worked with the planning commission & health departments - so I know the process!
I work with several builders selling new construction.
I've sold commercial, rental, tax exchange properties. Also I have extensive dealings w/residential & land deals.
