I am one of a few Realtors in the area with a CIPS Designation, Certified International Property Specialist, to assist a diverse background of clients locally and abroad. I am a Foreclosure and Short Sale Resource expert, SFR. Another certification, helpful to sellers is TRC, Trans Referral Certified. I am currently a designee for the ABR designation, Accredited Buyer Representation.
