I'm Dave Van Horn CRS, GRI - currently a Realtor at Long and Foster in the Philadelphia, PA area. I've been a Real Estate agent since 1986, with my specialities being investment Real Estate and Finance.

I've also been investing, rehabbing, and managing residential rental properties since 1989. Aside from my rentals, I've had real estate holdings in professional office condos, mobile home parks, and storage centers in different parts of the US as well.

While I still remain diverse in my real estate investments, today my main focus is in residential 1st and 2nd mortgages. I currently serve as President of PPR The Note Co. We specialize in acquiring, managing & liquidating performing & non-performing notes nationwide. We actively buy and sell delinquent residential mortgages, as well as REO's. My goal is to bridge the gap between the institutional note seller and the retail note buyer/investor.

Even though I do all these things today, what I enjoy most is working towards my passion - using my experiences in the Real Estate industry to help others build and preserve wealth.
