Sanibel and Captiva are really true island paradises. The scenery is tropical, the pace is slow and there is great effort by local community for preserving the "Old Florida" tradition of living. Much of Sanibel is a wildlife preserve, further adding to the feeling of a style of living from decades earlier. We know the islands well and know where the real estate opportunities are to be found. Whether its gulf front, bay front, canal front, near beach or inland, single family home or condo, we can find that right property for your piece of our paradise. Many properties are purchased as second homes or investment properties, and we can help in that market segment as well. Prices range from $250,000 for a small near-beach condo to $10,000,000+ for a gulf front estate compound on Captiva. We know both ends of the market and operate effectivly at either end, and the spectrum in between.

The adjacent off-island areas are also good, cost-effective real estate values. Known as the Iona/McGregor area, it appeals to the buyer who likes the island lifestyle with off-island prices, yet is less than 10 minutes away. There are the unique "Old Florida" communities of Coconut Creek and Caloosa Creek, the golf course-marina community of Gulf Harbour, and the river front luxury condominiums of Harbour Isle and more. We know them well and have listed and sold in all of these areas.
