Get to Know Dan Derby
My name is Dan Derby and I am a proud military spouse. Being a military spouse, change is the one that remains the same. Every three to four years, Uncle Sam decides to move us regardless if we are ready or not. One of those moves happened in February. There must have been a mistake somewhere because they sent us to beautiful Colorado Springs, Colorado. Please feel free to read more about us on our web page.
My educational background includes a B.S. in Management from the University of Maryland and several graduate classes in Secondary Education from the University of Phoenix.

The reason behind our business was to address the eight day house hunting time that military members get regardless of where they are being stationed. When we got here, we found there were too many real estate listings in the MLS with one or no photographs in the listing. With five large military installations in the El Paso county, the real estate community needed a photographer that understands the unique needs of the military family and can deliver high quality virtual tours in a timely fashion.
While we are Colorado Spring's official RTV Full Service Dealer, our mission is truly three-fold. First, we aim to provide real estate professionals and business owners with high quality virtual tours. Next, we aim to show and teach our customers the importance of internet marketing to take their business to the next level. Finally, as a military spouse, I feel it is my duty to share what I can do as an RTV dealer so military spouses everywhere can maximize their eight days of house hunting.
