What qualities do you really want in a real estate agent?  If you're selling your home, you want someone who knows Marketing.  What about "Sales", you might say?  Well, good salespeople don't necessarily make good listing agents.  Marketing your home is about all the elements of a good marketing campaign, not just sales.  Elements like the 4 "P's" of marketing: Product, Price, Place and Promotion. Selling a home requires a custom marketing plan, not some standard sheet of materials handed out by a real estate office.

I have the education (BS-Marketing & MBA) and the experience (20 years in the marketing and advertising business) to create and execute the correct marketing plan to maximize the sale of your home.  I'm a graduate of the Graduate School of Bank Marketing and the Atlanta Board of Realtor's Leadership Development Program.  I am both an Accredited Buyer's Representative and an Accredited Relocation Specialist, so you might say I'm qualified to represent Buyer's as well.

I'm a long time supporter of civic activities like Optimist International where I just finished serving as President of the North Perimeter chapter. I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Friends of North Springs High School, which raises private funds to benefit school activities.
