I am Director of KW Publishing, focusing on marketing and sales of Rellek Publications, including Millionaire Real Estate Agent, Millionaire Real Estate Investor, SHIFT, FLIP, Your First Home, and other books in the hopper.
I have been self-employed for most of my life, owning and operating a Residential Remodeling Company from 1980-1994. While I was flipping homes for fun during my remodeling days, I figured out selling homes for other would be fun, and I would lessen the risk of cutting off my fingers dramatically. Licensed to sell in 1994, I jumped into full-time sales in 1995, and loved it. I took three years off to serve at my local Church as a Family and Youth Minister, and in 2001 returned to Real Estate Sales and joined Keller Williams late that year. What a blast!
With all of the opportunities afforded me in this great company, I recently joined KW International as Director of Publishing, and continue to serve the Realtor community, jsut now the whole of North America!
Personally, I love God, I love my family, including my awesome wife of 25 years and my two amazing daughters, and then, I love my job. I am passionate about education, real estate investing, guitars, spirituality, and health. Actually, I just an all around passionate guy!
As a Realtor, I had specialized in residential investment proeprties. I have helped countless investors buy one or more homes to build net worth. Of course, that was only a small portion of my overall business, but, it was a part I enjoyed immensely.
At KW Publishing, I am focused on taking our books and assisting our customers fully implement the information within. All of our publications are part inspirational, and part instructional. Gary Keller has a deep understanding of how we think and how that affects how we function, so he spends a great deal of energy and time helping our readers dig deep inside themselves to discover their potential, and then instructs on how to reach that potential. He and Jay Papasan are inspiring and intelligent thinkers who have much to offer the business community. I just get to take what they have written and help folks take it and use it. Awesome!
