I've managed properties for 12 + years, I work with low income residents, low income affordable housing (single unit). Tax credits, market rates, Sec 8, choice vouchers, mode rehad, shelter plus care, transitional housing properties. I'm a IREM student member, applied for my ARM designation, completerd and passed the RES201 successful site courses.
I now taking a Real Estate course on Sat. at LATTC. The couses will prepare a student to take the State exam for the License. I want to learn more about Real Estate from the Land up. I might even decide to become a Appraiser or specialist in a certain area.
