| My wife and I have been working with Bill Ormsby (of The Daniel Montez Real Estate Group) for several months now. We are focused on Sun City West. We do not live in the area and have visited several times, each time Bill making sure his schedule accommodates us. Bill has proven to be an exceptional agent. He always responds to emails and requests. We described what we were looking in a home and he always sent us updates on listings. He is very candid when it comes to some of the homes and is not hesitant to point out faults. We have found a property, had out bid accepted and are now jumping thru the hoops. Bill arranged to have the utilities turned on so we could have inspections performed. He has been there thru out the entire process. Can't say enough good about Bill and his team. | I have known Daniel for a number of years both personally and professionally, and I have always been pleased with his professionalism and is willingness to go above and beyond for not only his friends , but his clients as well. I was have a number of issues with a Realtor (not with this company) and Daniel was quick to help, and was able to resolve EVERYTHING for me in a timely fashion.
