Armed with a BSIE degree and MBA, Dan began his management career as a Plant Engineer having a 14 year association with Frito-Lay, a Fortune 500 company, to include the management of 125 employees and $16M  budget.  Defining and perfecting his skills and knowledge with Fiesta Foods and Brockway Glass Company led to the decision to diversify. With Multi-Amp Corp. he combined engineering skills with management and sales as a Regional Sales Engineer responsible for creating a need, designing the product, and overseeing the final installation of high voltage test equipment for public utilities, municipal co-ops, etc. ASEA, a Swedish based company, sought him out for the presidency of the American Division of American High Voltage where he successfully turned the company around in under 3 years.

 As a business consultant, Dan continued to improve the bottom line of low producing companies.  Owning a Houston based home improvement company proved that he was the “go to” man for business advice. Dan has spent the last 10 years in the printing industry managing all operations for a multi-million dollar commercial printer.
