My specialization is in commercial real estate in Southern Utah. I'm a licensed Real Broker in Utah and California. I work with Builder/Developers in site location, entitlement process, marketing and selling the finished product. Also have experience in working with pension funds and private investors in arranging private money loans and acquiring quality real estate investments plus past experience brokering most types of commercial properties and REO properties. I hold the CCIM designation and am a member of the Utah CCIM Chapter. I also enjoy teaching the GRI 600 (Real Estate Investment Analysis course) and courses on Self Directed Retirement Investing.  Working on obtaining CFP (Certified Financial Planner) certification.
